Goldstar Processing Support Agent – UK Market (Day Shift)

About the role

This 3‑month maternity‑cover position is for a Goldstar Processing Support Agent handling UK‑market orders from a Tunisian call centre. The role involves entering orders, verifying details, managing artwork approval and releasing orders to production on the day shift.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the Goldstar Order Processing Application (GOPA) and upload related documentation.
• Review order details for completeness, including quantities, pricing, stock, artwork and delivery dates.
• Process artwork, obtain customer approval and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor order status, provide updates to customers and, when necessary, contact them by phone.
• Escalate issues to the Order Processing Supervisor and ensure accurate ship dates before releasing to production.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in reading, comprehension and listening.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Customer‑service mindset with a sense of urgency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using the Matrix/GOPA order entry application.
