About the role
We are looking for a recent graduate to join HPE’s Customer Solution Center as a Global Support Graduate. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering technical assistance to customers, partners and internal teams while developing expertise in HPE’s hardware and software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone and digital channels, resolving hardware and software incidents.
- Troubleshoot and manage cases across a range of HPE technologies, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior team members, escalating complex issues when required.
- Document case summaries and solutions in HPE’s Knowledge Management System.
- Continuously expand knowledge of HPE products, tools and processes.
- Identify recurring issues and share preventive recommendations to improve customer experience.
Required profile
- Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, international and remote‑first environment.
- Team‑player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Basic understanding of computing, storage or peripheral systems is a plus.
