Gestionnaire de Portefeuille – Microfinance

About the role

Microcred SA, a 100 % Tunisian micro‑finance institution, is expanding its commercial network across the country. We are looking for motivated Portfolio Managers to join our branches and support micro‑entrepreneurs with financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and grow the loan portfolio.
• Promote Microcred’s products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain long‑term relationships, providing guidance throughout the credit lifecycle.
• Receive, analyse and evaluate financing requests.
• Conduct field visits and surveys to assess credit dossiers.
• Prepare, process and present credit files according to internal procedures.
• Monitor financed clients, ensure proper use of funds and report regularly.
• Execute collection actions and enforce compliance with internal rules.

Required profile

• Bac+2 to Bac+3 in Management, Commerce, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
• Previous experience in micro‑finance, banking or commercial sales is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales, prospecting and negotiation techniques.
• Basic understanding of credit and financial analysis.
• Willingness to travel on the field for more than 70 % of working time.
• Excellent communication, perseverance, stress‑management and high ethical standards.
