About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a Canadian manufacturing client for a Senior Account Manager dedicated to its North‑American distribution network. Based in Mutuelleville, Tunis, you will serve as the primary contact for authorized distributors and resellers across Canada and the United States, driving sales growth without the need for travel.

Key responsibilities

• Grow sales for each assigned distributor and reseller account.
• Structure opportunity tracking and maintain a rigorous pipeline per territory and distributor.
• Equip partners with tools and resources, coordinating commercial actions remotely with the Quebec headquarters.
• Analyze commercial KPIs and performance indicators by account and region.
• Interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD or similar) when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B account management, sales or business development experience.
• Proven experience managing a distribution or reseller network, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success selling remotely via phone, video‑conference and CRM systems.
• Professional fluency in English and solid proficiency in French.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully bilingual setting.

Required skills

• Full mastery of the B2B sales process (qualification, negotiation, closing).
• Strong experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management.
• Proficiency with video‑conference and remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD or similar technical plans.
