General Services Coordinator – Facility & Maintenance

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a General Services Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day facility and maintenance activities across its manufacturing site. The role ensures a safe, reliable, and efficient environment by coordinating requests, preventive maintenance, utilities, and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and follow up on maintenance and facility‑related requests.
• Coordinate interventions for buildings, utilities, infrastructure, parking areas, and common sites.
• Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors, gates, roofs, and other assets.
• Monitor utility availability (electricity, water, compressed air, HVAC) and coordinate repairs when failures occur.
• Track open actions, ensure timely resolution, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Production, EHS, HR, Purchasing, and external contractors to support site operations.

• Proven experience coordinating facility and maintenance activities.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities to manage multiple requests and schedules.
• Ability to collaborate with internal departments and external service providers.
