Fulfillment Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is seeking a Fulfillment Support Specialist to join its global Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service team. You will work remotely, handling order creation, verification, and coordination to ensure timely fulfillment for clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Create, verify, and assign orders accurately following established procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams via instant messaging to support scheduling, reporting, and order fulfillment.
• Respond to internal and external queries with clear, timely, and empathetic communication.
• Track orders, monitor status, and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Identify and escalate delayed or at‑risk orders, supporting their resolution.
• Handle shipping, delivery, and return inquiries, coordinating with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate order information, inventory updates, and fulfillment records in the relevant systems.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
• At least 1 year of customer support experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of fulfillment experience.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and handle escalations.
• Adaptability, technical aptitude, and willingness to learn new tools.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience with order management systems.
• Basic logistics processes knowledge.
