French Print Technical Support Representative

About the role

HP is seeking a French‑speaking professional to join its Commercial Printing team as a Technical Support Representative. You will be responsible for resolving moderate to complex hardware and software issues, providing detailed product information, and proactively assisting customers to prevent problems.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems of moderate to complex nature for HP printing products.
• Provide comprehensive answers about services, specifications, warranties, and enterprise agreements.
• Proactively notify customers of potential issues and participate in process‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with programmers, QA testers, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project outcomes.
• Maintain trusted relationships across customer accounts and act as an escalation point for technical issues.
• Mentor team members, coordinate departmental work, and contribute to business control reviews.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently while following established protocols.
• Experience handling moderate to complex technical support cases.
• Strong communication skills in French and English for customer interaction.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
