French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from French‑ and English‑speaking markets via phone and live chat, delivering friendly, accurate assistance while representing our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guide users step‑by‑step, and document each interaction.
• Identify recurring problems, share feedback, and help improve support processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Maintain a professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor at all times.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
