About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to deliver high‑quality, non‑voice customer support from a fully remote setting. You will interact with customers via chat and email, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance through chat and email in both French and English.
• Handle customer questions, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document each interaction and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service standards.
• Share feedback to help improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service (e‑commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
