French Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual FR/EN | Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with order questions, account issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Organised, reliable and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
