Food and Beverage Team Leader

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader you will support daily operations across one or more dining outlets, ensuring memorable guest experiences and high service standards. You will work closely with the team to maintain quality, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting.
• Develop and implement guest‑satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure food presentation meets high standards while monitoring cost and portion controls.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and recognize team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching of new staff.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑service regulations.
