Financial Compliance Specialist

About the role

The Financial Compliance Specialist will join the Financial Compliance & ESG Department of the Questel Group, reporting to the Group Financial Compliance & ESG Director. The role focuses on sanctions compliance, third‑party risk management, anti‑bribery and corruption controls, and regulatory monitoring to strengthen the Group’s compliance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Group’s high‑risk jurisdiction list and ensure alignment with sanctions regulations.
• Administer and enhance the Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework, conduct screenings of customers, suppliers and other third parties, and document risk assessments.
• Perform regulatory watch on international sanctions and support policy updates.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of the anti‑bribery and corruption (ABC) framework in line with Sapin II and other regulations.
• Assist in preparing ABC risk assessments, conduct compliance interviews, and develop anti‑corruption action plans.
• Monitor compliance‑related regulatory changes, review contractual clauses, respond to internal and external queries, and maintain compliance documentation and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR, Sales and other stakeholders to promote best practices.

Required profile

• Experience in financial compliance, sanctions screening, and third‑party risk management.
• Knowledge of anti‑bribery and corruption regulations such as Sapin II.
• Ability to conduct regulatory monitoring and produce compliance reports.
• Strong coordination skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
