Finance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Specialist to join Axe Finance’s finance team. The role supports financial operations, reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and delivering insights that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Assist in treasury forecasting cycles.
• Process daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments and reconciliations.
• Maintain and update financial records in ERP systems.
• Support audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on financial projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and French.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial analysis tools.
• Good understanding of financial reporting and compliance frameworks.
