Finance Assistant – Regional & Group Finance Support

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support both regional and group‑level finance activities at 1Spatial Tunisia. The role offers exposure to cross‑regional collaboration and the chance to develop a broad understanding of financial processes across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, employee expense claims and inter‑company purchase invoices.
• Manage company credit‑card expenses, record cash receipts and payments, and prepare scheduled and ad‑hoc payment runs.
• Raise and distribute customer invoices according to contractual terms and billing schedules.
• Process inter‑company sales invoices and monitor weekly cash flow.
• Support month‑end close activities, including journal preparation.
• Handle incoming calls, coordinate travel arrangements and generate purchase orders.
• Ensure proper authorization of purchase invoices and expense claims.
• Reconcile supplier statements, credit‑card transactions and monitor receivables with credit‑control activities.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve invoicing queries and collaborate with internal teams and international offices.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required by senior management.

• Good communication skills for interaction with suppliers, customers and internal teams.
