Expert suivi-évaluation & mesure de performance communication

About the role

NTU International is seeking a non‑key expert to support a new EU‑funded project aimed at enhancing the visibility and public diplomacy of the European Union in Morocco. The role focuses on monitoring, evaluation and performance measurement of communication activities to ensure results‑based impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for communication interventions.
• Collect, analyse and report quantitative and qualitative data on campaign performance.
• Measure the effectiveness of strategic communication, public diplomacy and cultural outreach activities.
• Provide evidence‑based recommendations to improve results‑oriented communication strategies.
• Collaborate with project partners, EU delegations and local stakeholders to ensure data quality and relevance.

Required profile

• Minimum BAC+4 (or equivalent) in monitoring‑evaluation, statistics, data science, social sciences, development economics or communication.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in M&E, performance measurement, results‑based management or data analysis applied to communication or development projects.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of Arabic (including Moroccan Darija) and English is an asset.
