Expert Customer Quality Management

About the role

LEONI is seeking an Expert Customer Quality Management professional to lead the implementation of quality strategies for both LEONI and its automotive customers. You will act as the primary quality interface, ensuring compliance with customer‑specific requirements and driving continuous improvement across pre‑production and production phases.

Key responsibilities

• Control deployment of LEONI and customer quality strategies and drive corrective actions.
• Lead regular internal and external follow‑up meetings, including customer and plant visits.
• Ensure all actions meet customer‑specific requirements (CSR) and manage the customer interface for quality matters.
• Coordinate rework activities, support pre‑production and production phases, and assist with internal and customer audits.
• Determine and negotiate LEONI liability for quality and technical complaints, including warranty issues.
• Evaluate and negotiate project‑specific requirements and first‑tier quality contracts with customers and suppliers.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Fluent in German, English and French.
• Experience in quality or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, and change‑management skills.
• Result‑oriented, motivated, resilient, and able to work independently and in teams.
