EWM Key User

About the role

We are looking for an EWM Key User to act as the bridge between our warehouse operations and IT teams. The role focuses on ensuring smooth use of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) across inbound, outbound, picking and inventory processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse, operations and IT departments.
• Provide first‑level support to end‑users of SAP EWM.
• Ensure correct usage of SAP EWM processes and maintain master data and stock accuracy.
• Test system changes, support go‑live activities and monitor post‑implementation performance.
• Develop and deliver training, work instructions and user documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• Engineering or related technical background.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, picking and inventory management.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP EWM at user or key‑user level.
• Understanding of logistics and material flow.
• Basic awareness of SAP master data and process configuration.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset and effective communication between business and IT.
