EPC Project Manager

About the role

Voltalia’s subsidiary Renvolt Energy is looking for an EPC Project Manager to lead construction sites from study phase through hand‑over to Operations & Maintenance. Reporting to the EPC Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for technical decisions, site conditions, budget, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define project technical feasibility, equipment and personnel requirements.
• Conduct site visits, prepare quotations and establish budgets.
• Identify technical specifications for RFQs and contracts in coordination with engineering.
• Coordinate design of plans based on defined specifications.
• Participate in procurement processes and initiate purchase requests.
• Prepare and manage investment requests and budget approvals.
• Define timelines for each project phase and monitor progress.
• Prioritise interventions based on customer requests, equipment availability and alternative solutions.
• Control waste management on construction sites.
• Monitor material supply orders and ensure implementation according to schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing EPC projects in renewable energy or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications, procurement and budgeting processes.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with engineering, procurement and operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to deadlines.
