Enterprise Transformation Director

About the role

COFICAB Group, a global leader in automotive cables and wires, is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Director to drive a company‑wide transformation across technology, people and processes. You will translate the Group’s strategic vision into an executable portfolio that delivers measurable, sustainable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own the enterprise change management framework, including readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, communications and training.
• Partner with IT and business owners to land SAP globalization and MES roll‑out, ensuring business readiness, data migration and user adoption.
• Drive digital transformation and process automation initiatives such as workflow digitisation, AI‑enabled tools and new digital capabilities.
• Lead organisational design, capability building and culture initiatives; coach leaders as change sponsors and build a network of change champions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end process redesign, centralisation and standardisation across regions with clear ownership, KPIs and benefits tracking.
• Manage the transformation portfolio – roadmaps, inter‑dependencies, budgets, risks and benefits realisation.
• Prepare decision‑ready materials for Group ExCom, Board‑level reviews and steering committees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in transformation, change management or management consulting, with at least 5 years leading enterprise‑scale programmes.
• Strong manufacturing and multi‑site experience, preferably in automotive or related supply‑chain environments.
• Proven command of change‑management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent) and familiarity with ERP globalisation programmes.
• Solid financial literacy to build and defend business cases and benefits‑realisation models.
• Exceptional communication, influencing and executive‑presence skills.
