About the role

The Personal Coach at Wall Street English inspires students to achieve their dreams. By serving as a brand ambassador and providing excellent academic support and customer experience, the Coach ensures high engagement with WSE and facilitates students in reaching their language learning goals.

During the training program you will be introduced to Wall Street English’s unique teaching method and receive comprehensive training that emphasizes service across all departments. You will learn to support the service team by creating an interactive learning environment, communicating effectively with customers, delivering appropriate services, and contributing to life‑changing experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coach students towards reaching their educational goals, by providing ongoing support, coaching, and feedback.
• Being an ambassador for your center by engaging students and prospects.
• Establish a fun, English‑immersive learning environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Manage class schedules and various administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Energetic, positive, friendly, and professional.
• An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about education, languages, and delivering excellent customer service.

Required skills

• A recent graduate eligible for a CIVP contract.
• Excellent command of English.
