Engagement Manager

About the role

Pearls Consulting is looking for an Engagement Manager based in Tunis, working on a range of client projects. You will lead end-to-end delivery of engagements, align them with strategic objectives and financial targets, and manage project teams, deliverables and client relationships. Travel to client sites may be required.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives, set integrated plans with clear milestones and monitor budgets and profitability while optimizing resource allocation.
• Build and mentor consulting teams, coach members, run performance assessments and foster knowledge sharing.
• Act as primary liaison for C-suite and senior stakeholders, lead workshops, steering committees and governance forums, and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Enforce quality control frameworks, review analyses and deliverables, identify risks early and escalate critical issues with recommended actions.
• Oversee analytical workstreams, validate hypotheses, build business cases and design tailored solutions across Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Sales & Marketing and Change Management.
• Lead change initiatives by assessing readiness, designing communication and training strategies and tracking adoption metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a management consulting role with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex client programs.
• Ability to manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Fluent English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
• Change management certification (PROSCI or equivalent) preferred.
