Engagement Manager

About the role

Pearls Consulting Tunisia is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead consulting engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into practical solutions across strategy, operations, and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring high‑quality outputs.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution of client projects and own all deliverables.
• Conduct structured analysis, develop actionable recommendations, and design tailored business solutions.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to align solutions with business impact.
• Coach and support junior consultants, fostering team development.
• Contribute to business proposals, client presentations, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of consulting experience, preferably at a top‑tier management consulting firm.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and structured thinking abilities.
• Excellent project and process management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Outstanding oral and written communication, including senior‑level presentation experience.
