Electrical, Electronics & Mechatronics Engineer (SStl)

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a junior engineer to support electrical, electronics and mechatronics projects across multiple industrial sectors. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure milestones are met and components are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Define deliverables for each milestone and change window, ensuring clear objectives.
• Validate activities, track progress and resolve issues to meet project timelines.
• Participate actively in status and review meetings with stakeholders.
• Communicate escalations and updates within the program team and management.
• Identify, anticipate and manage technical discussions to drive issue resolution.
• Ensure component packages are available and coordinate development with interface components.
• Manage suppliers in critical situations and maintain a project overview.
• Coordinate reviews and follow‑up development activities to align with Top Hat milestones.
• Delegate responsibilities to appropriate stakeholders for efficient execution.
• Control cost, timing, performance and quality to meet program targets.
• Document meeting outcomes, actions and lessons learned.
• Guarantee on‑time delivery of project deliverables.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Electrical or Mechanical) from an accredited engineering school.
• Beginner to junior level of experience.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
