Education & Enablement Specialist

About the role

The Education & Enablement Specialist will design and deliver onboarding and product training for Medius' internal delivery, support, and customer success teams. The role also supports customer and partner enablement across a growing suite of finance SaaS products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires, focusing on product and technical enablement.
• Create enablement content for new product releases and regulatory changes, ensuring internal readiness before customer rollout.
• Facilitate live workshops and virtual sessions, and develop self‑paced learning materials.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to source, validate, and maintain accurate product content.
• Contribute to customer and partner course production, including lesson plans, scripts, and knowledge checks.
• Track completion and effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve them.

Required profile

• Experience designing and delivering training on SaaS software for internal teams, customers, or partners.
• Professional‑level written and spoken English; ability to create content without translation support.
• Strong facilitation skills for live, in‑person or virtual audiences.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines in parallel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Instructional design fundamentals (observable objectives, scenario‑based assessment).
• Experience with video, interactive formats, and AI‑assisted content tools.
• LMS experience (WorkRamp a plus).
• Ability to work with subject‑matter experts to source and validate technical content.
