About the role

Ericsson is looking for a Domain Sales Manager to lead Cloud Software and Services (CSS) sales across the EMEA region. You will partner with the Key Account Management (KAM) team to grow the portfolio, shape customer strategies, and drive revenue through strategic opportunities and presales engagements.

Key responsibilities

  • Influence customer vision and strategy, aligning Ericsson solutions with emerging trends.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities through consultative engagements.
  • Lead presales activities, prepare offers, and manage the sales funnel for the EMEA market.
  • Support KAMs in account planning, case preparation, and customer negotiations.
  • Drive up‑sales and expansion plans for existing installed base.

Required profile

  • University degree in Business or Engineering.
  • 5‑7 years of sales or pre‑sales experience in telecom or related domains.
  • Multi‑domain competence in Core Networks, Cloud, Network Management & Automation, BSS/OSS, Monetization, Core Commerce, and Orchestration.
  • Strong consulting skills with a proven record of senior‑level customer engagements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

  • Deep understanding of TMForum Open Digital Architecture.
  • Proficiency with Ericsson Sales Force and Ericsson Premium Proposal tools.
  • Foundational knowledge of financial analysis.
