Director – Strategic Leadership in Neurotechnology

About the role

ABILITY Neurotech is seeking a full‑time Director to lead its strategic initiatives in neurotechnology. Based on‑site in Délégation Raoued, you will shape the company’s direction, drive growth, and ensure alignment with its mission to improve neurological health.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the organization’s strategic roadmap.
• Oversee key programs, initiatives, and cross‑functional teams.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
• Make data‑informed decisions to enhance performance and growth.
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions with senior leadership, partners, and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members, set clear goals and metrics, and foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in technology, healthcare, or research‑focused organizations.
• Strong strategic planning, organizational, and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, with experience presenting to executives and multidisciplinary teams.
• Background in neurotechnology, healthcare, life sciences, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site in Délégation Raoued and collaborate across functions.
• Advanced degree (e.g., business, engineering, neuroscience, healthcare management) preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
