About the role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Director to lead the finance, accounting and administrative functions of our African subsidiary based in Tunis. Reporting directly to the General Management, the role combines strategic oversight with day‑to‑day operational management in an expatriate setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the complete financial function of the subsidiary, including budgeting, reporting, cash management and compliance.
- Manage the accounting department, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, month‑end close and statutory filings.
- Direct administrative operations, including procurement, contracts and internal controls.
- Coordinate with the Group’s headquarters to align financial policies and support strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, audit or finance.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar senior finance role.
- Background in an audit or consulting firm is essential.
- Previous expatriate experience in Africa is considered a strong advantage.
