Digital Workplace Service Manager

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a Digital Workplace Service Manager to ensure smooth IT workplace operations across its Tunis, Tunis Embassy, and Cairo sites. The role combines local IT service delivery, asset management, and information‑security coordination while acting as the primary liaison between business units, central IT, and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the PC and software fleet for the designated sites, including deliveries, replacements and de‑commissioning.
• Align PC purchasing, IMACD activities and contract terms with DTIT renewal rules.
• Oversee the IT authorisation queue, handling access, software and admin‑rights requests.
• Dispatch or reroute tickets to the appropriate teams and monitor SLA compliance.
• Coordinate workplace deployment projects, from planning and pilots to roll‑outs, ensuring local user needs are met.
• Prepare and deliver end‑user communications on incidents, changes, deployments and security topics.
• Act as the local focal point for information‑security, translating global policies into site‑specific guidance.
• Participate in risk analyses, security reviews, audits and incident follow‑up, promoting security awareness.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in workplace management, service delivery or local IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office tools.
• Proven experience in IT asset management and service‑management coordination.
• Good understanding of IT security principles and compliance processes.
