Digital Workplace Service Manager

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a Digital Workplace Service Manager to ensure smooth IT workplace operations across its sites in Tunis, the Tunis Embassy, and Cairo. The role combines service delivery, asset management, and information‑security responsibilities, acting as the main liaison between business users, central IT, and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the PC and software fleet for the designated sites, including delivery checks, replacements and disposal of obsolete equipment.
• Coordinate PC purchasing, IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) activities and ensure compliance with renewal rules and the MWS contract.
• Oversee the IT authorization queue, handling access, software and admin‑rights requests while maintaining SLA compliance.
• Dispatch or reroute tickets to the appropriate teams and monitor service‑desk performance.
• Support deployment of DTIT workplace projects, from planning and pilots to roll‑outs, and communicate changes to end users.
• Act as the local focal point for information security, relay global policies, participate in risk analyses, audits and incident follow‑up, and promote security awareness.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in workplace management, service delivery or local IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with IT asset management and service‑management processes.
• Good understanding of IT security principles and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
