Dev Business Analyst - Infor Supply Chain Planning Integrations

About the role

Infor is hiring a Development Integration Business Analyst in Tunis to focus on the integration components of Infor Supply Chain Planning (Infor SCP). The role covers building new continuous integrations between SCP and Infor EPRs and extending existing ones, identifying requirements and turning them into specifications for data mappings and information flows. The candidate is expected to study the existing solution and its integrations before contributing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify integration requirements by liaising with functional BAs, understanding business needs and the source system's data model
• Convert requirements into integration designs: model data entities, map them to source entities, build transformation logic and design inbound and outbound data flows
• Document designs with clear, detailed use cases
• Follow SCP's software development processes and become proficient in its integrations, including SQL-based batch and streaming-based continuous integrations
• Review use cases from colleagues and verify them against requirements
• Act as the contact point for functional BAs, software engineers and QA analysts, recommend improvements and stay proactive

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science or a science/mathematics field
• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst for software applications
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and to gather and interpret data
• Proficient English speaker and writer
• Familiarity with sales, purchasing, distribution and manufacturing concepts

Required skills

• Use cases, user stories and basic UI design
• Preferred: supply chain planning concepts (demand planning, supply planning, scheduling, MRP), streaming technologies, JSON/XML and basic SQL
