Deputy Manager Quality

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager Quality to lead and continuously improve the quality management system at our Sousse site. In this dynamic automotive manufacturing environment, you will ensure product and process excellence, drive customer satisfaction, and support supplier quality performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the site’s Quality Management System in line with corporate standards and customer requirements.
• Ensure product and process quality across all production stages.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.
• Manage customer quality issues, complaints, KPI follow‑up, and quality presentations.
• Coordinate supplier quality activities and drive corrective actions.
• Lead quality improvement projects and preventive initiatives.
• Oversee process and product release activities in serial production.
• Monitor quality KPIs and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coach and develop quality team members.
• Lead customer meetings, quality reviews, and problem‑solving workshops.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Production within the automotive industry, preferably in a leadership role.
• Fluent in English and/or German.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality standards and audit procedures.
• Experience with Core Tools and QRQC.
• Proficiency in structured problem‑solving methodologies.
