Delivery Project Manager Associate

About the role

Vneuron is seeking a Delivery Project Manager Associate to support the planning and execution of software projects for its RegTech platform, Reis RCS. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across development, QA, and operations teams.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks and changes in schedule or budget.
• Proactively identify issues and escalate when necessary.
• Apply project management methodologies and best practices.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders and facilitate project meetings.
• Support quality assurance, testing and deployment processes.
• Maintain project documentation and produce clear status reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Software Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in software or IT environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Comfortable using AI‑enabled tools for planning, risk tracking and reporting automation.
