Cutover Manager – SCM Deployment

About the role

The Cutover Manager will lead SAP SCM deployment cutover activities, ensuring seamless transition across inventory, warehouse, production, finance and data migration workstreams. The role coordinates readiness, rehearsals and go‑live execution for complex enterprise programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive cutover plans covering EWM, IBP, PP/DS, aATP, manufacturing, finance, data migration and technical workstreams.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end go‑live readiness, inventory migration, stock transfers, warehouse transitions and production cutover activities.
• Facilitate workshops, define responsibilities, dependencies and escalation paths, and manage critical‑path monitoring.
• Execute rehearsals, mock cutovers and dress rehearsals to validate deployment readiness.
• Prepare and distribute status reports, dashboards, risk logs and executive communications.

Required profile

• 10+ years of SAP project delivery experience, with extensive cutover management for SCM, logistics or ERP transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA cutover planning and execution in large, cross‑functional environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory migration, warehouse cutover, production transition and planning data migration processes.
• Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills, able to operate under high‑pressure go‑live conditions.
