Customer Support & Content Creation Apprentice – STM32 Community

About the role

Join the STM32 Community Support team in Tunis as an apprentice for four years while completing your engineering studies. You will provide first‑level technical assistance to the ST community, create helpful content, and continuously improve online resources.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support on STM32 topics and capture key technical details.
• Qualify and forward complex questions to STM32 experts.
• Maintain and organize community content such as tags, labels, FAQs, and accepted solutions.
• Monitor recurring questions, identify documentation gaps, and contribute knowledge‑base articles.
• Create getting‑started guides, step‑by‑step tutorials, and code snippets for beginners to intermediate users.
• Develop and maintain simple example projects using STM32 MCUs.
• Collaborate with STM32 experts across sites to translate technical know‑how into accessible content.

Required profile

• License degree (or equivalent) in Electronics, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of embedded C and STM32 microcontrollers (or other MCUs).
• Programming experience in at least one language, preferably C/C++ or Python.
• Strong interest in technical communication and developer communities.
• Good written and spoken English; French or Arabic a plus.
• Curiosity about AI/ML‑based assistance is an advantage.
