Customer Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Solutions Consultant to join Vneuron’s fast‑growing RegTech team. In this role you will work closely with prospects and internal experts to understand functional and technical requirements, craft tailored proposals and showcase our Reis RCS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify leads and sales opportunities.
• Analyse prospects’ functional and technical needs.
• Develop customized commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams to prepare and deliver high‑quality proof‑of‑concepts and solution demonstrations.
• Participate in negotiations, Q&A sessions and contract discussions.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence.

Required profile

• Strong IT background with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, curious and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Clear, structured and persuasive communicator.
