Customer Solutions Consultant

About the role

Vneuron is seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant to join its RegTech team. You will act as a bridge between prospects and our advanced compliance platform, helping clients understand how our AI‑driven risk management tools can meet their specific needs.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify leads and sales opportunities.
• Analyze prospects' functional and technical requirements.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams.
• Prepare and deliver high‑quality Proof of Concepts (POCs) and solution demonstrations.
• Participate in negotiations and Q&A sessions.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence.

Required profile

• Strong IT background with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Dynamic, proactive, curious, and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Clear, structured, and persuasive communicator.
• Experience in pre‑sales or IT solution sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of risk and compliance is a strong asset.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support needs analysis, proposal preparation, solution demonstrations, and productivity.
