Customer Service Support – Bilingual (English/French)

About the role

Outsourcia is expanding its telesales activity in Tunisia and is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Support agents. You will join a multilingual call‑center environment, helping customers resolve inquiries and ensuring a smooth post‑sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt assistance to customers via phone, email or chat, using remote‑support tools when needed.
• Address technical questions in clear, non‑technical language.
• Communicate the value proposition of Outsourcia’s services to meet customer needs.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve processes.
• Follow up after issue resolution to confirm satisfaction.
• Develop a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the products or services offered.

Required profile

• Cheerful, confident and passionate about helping customers.
• Bilingual fluency in English (spoken and written) and French (C1 level, spoken and written).
• Previous experience in a similar customer‑service or technical‑assistance role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
• Sales experience in a related industry is a plus.
