Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The position supports a home‑based project in the online travel sector, handling first‑level inbound and outbound interactions in French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Assist homeowners using a booking platform with modifications, cancellations, deposit claims, and escalations.
• Log, classify, and follow up on all customer interactions, maintaining accurate records.
• Analyze call data, share feedback, and stay updated on platform changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in online travel.
• Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
• Strong computer literacy and experience working online.

Required skills

• Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
• Slack or comparable team‑collaboration tool.
• Salesforce.
• Windows 11 or macOS 14 (or later).
