About the role

As a Customer Service Leader at Decathlon, you will drive the store’s service experience, ensuring athletes and customers receive expert guidance and support throughout their journey. You will lead a team, shape service policies and contribute to making sport accessible to everyone.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose client and athlete needs and expectations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
• Guide customers through pre‑sales product information and recommendations.
• Organise and oversee the shop’s customer service operations.
• Innovate to enhance the sports experience for shoppers.
• Write, implement and lead the store’s service policy.
