Customer Experience Specialist – German (Bilingual)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, award‑winning customer service team in Tunis as the first point of contact for a leading German brand in teleshopping, lifestyle and e‑commerce. You will represent the brand in German, handling inquiries via phone, email and live chat while delivering a friendly, solution‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about orders, deliveries, products, payments and returns.
• Provide professional support through email and live‑chat channels.
• Handle complaints with empathy, aiming for the best possible resolution.
• Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent German (minimum B2/C1 level) – spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patient, friendly and solution‑oriented.
• Comfortable using a PC and navigating digital systems.
• Reliable, team‑spirit driven and eager to work in an international environment.
• Previous call‑center or customer‑service experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome.
