About the role

NTU International is building a team of non‑key experts for a new EU‑funded project that aims to boost the visibility and public diplomacy of the European Union in Morocco. The EU Digitoool Coordinator will lead the digital communication component, ensuring that the project’s messages reach the right audiences through effective online tools.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the EU Digitoool platform, including content upload, updates, and user access.
• Develop and implement digital communication strategies aligned with the project’s objectives.
• Maintain project documentation, databases, and institutional information repositories.
• Collaborate with the communication team to produce multilingual content (French, Arabic, Darija, English).
• Monitor platform performance, generate reports, and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum BAC+4 degree in communication, digital communication, information management, project management, or a related field (or 10 years of relevant experience if the degree is not held).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in digital communication, content management, web platform administration, or database coordination.
• Fluent in French; knowledge of Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and English is an asset.
