About the role

The Group Management Controller will support the General Management in monitoring and optimizing the economic and financial performance of all business units within a rapidly growing integrated poultry group. The role ensures reliable data production, analysis, and reporting to guide strategic and operational decisions across the entire value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Design, produce, and validate monthly, quarterly and annual dashboards and management reports for all group divisions.
• Develop, consolidate and monitor budgets, forecasts, business plans and investment plans together with division heads.
• Analyze variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts, identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for economic and operational performance per site and per division.
• Calculate and monitor cost of goods sold for breeding, hatching, slaughtering, processing and retail points, identifying optimization levers.
• Ensure data reliability and consistency in collaboration with accounting and operational teams.
• Participate in monthly and annual closing of management accounts with the Finance Department.
• Assist operational managers in interpreting results and defining action plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of control tools, procedures and systems.
• Monitor sector‑wide economic indicators and alert senior management to risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Higher education (Master’s level) in finance, accounting or a related field.
• 3 to 5 + years of experience in a similar control or financial analysis role, preferably in an industrial or multi‑site environment.
