Control Manager & Synthesis Animator – Vehicle Program

About the role

The Control Manager / Synthesis Animator will support and manage all activities related to vehicle development, validation and industrialisation for a major MICLA customer. The role is based in MICLA offices (Tunisia, Morocco or Italy) and requires occasional travel to customer R&D sites.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Controls Development Plan (CDP) for hardware and software configuration, including all ECUs, partners and validation schedules.
• Use CEP quality tools, Drop & Dote anomaly reports, DICO/BCV changes and assemble CEPs with detailed BE information.
• Initiate Dote file changes, run robustness reviews and organise robustness and final validation meetings.
• Manage component package reviews (HW, SW, Cal, DOTE, Proxi) and deliver KPI status on releases.
• Coordinate plant meetings (GIMUX), prepare agendas, minutes and EOL break‑point settings.
• Provide vehicle update information, operate Doti, CCV‑tool and ModelecFleet for software change tracking.
• Handle issue and change management using ALTIS and PLM tools.
• Support the Synthesis Coordinator in creating the baseline (PDX file) for each project phase.

Required profile

• Experience in automotive control development, validation and industrialisation.
• Ability to manage schedules, coordinate with multiple partners and deliver on‑time results.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time to customer sites.
• Comfort working onsite in Tunisia, Morocco or Italy.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (XLS) for CDP and KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with Cesare for data handling.
• Experience with ALTIS and PLM issue‑tracking tools.
• Knowledge of CCV‑tool and ModelecFleet for software change documentation.
