Continuous Improvement Process Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Process Engineer to drive digitalisation and operational excellence across our plant. You will lead improvement projects, analyse the product lifecycle and turn opportunities into actionable solutions that boost efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including digitalisation, automation and value‑stream‑mapping projects.
• Analyse improvement opportunities across the full product lifecycle and develop road‑maps aligned with DPS and central office standards.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops in production, logistics and other areas to identify time, space and material gains.
• Compile workshop outcomes and present impact reports to management and central teams.
• Develop and deploy innovative tools, methods and best practices, and ensure their adoption through training and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate specialist committees and ensure seamless execution of improvement actions.

Required profile

• Engineer’s degree (industrial, mechanical or related).
• Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on problem‑solving experience.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Lean tools: Value‑Stream Mapping (VSM), Six Sigma, SMED, 5S, DFSS.
• Problem‑solving methodologies and data‑analysis tools such as Power BI and dashboards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to develop simple applications (a plus).
