Consultant Beyond Payroll

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant Beyond Payroll to manage French DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative) operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support payroll automation initiatives for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process and submit DSN event reports, weekly sick leave and occupational accident declarations, and monitor CRT errors.
• Execute and monitor FCTU test and real runs, analyze results, and ensure timely submission of settlement lists.
• Analyze payroll and DSN‑related errors in SAP Payroll, coordinate corrective actions, and manage support tickets.
• Monitor payroll RPA robots, review execution results, and collaborate with the RPA support team to resolve incidents.
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned DSN processes, present reports to clients, and communicate payroll calendar updates.
• Collaborate with Tier 2 support, payroll operations, and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support onboarding and training of new associates, mentor team members, and contribute to process improvement projects.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of French payroll and DSN processes.
• Experience managing statutory payroll reporting and social security declarations.
• Proficiency in SAP Payroll and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with automated payroll processes and RPA environments (advantage).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and maintain a customer‑oriented mindset.
