Conseiller(ère) Immobilier Terrain – Sousse

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Land Real Estate Advisor to join our team in Sousse. You will act as the primary field representative, developing your territory and guiding clients through their property projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new seller and buyer leads within the assigned geographic area.
• Conduct on‑site prospecting activities to expand the portfolio of properties and clients.
• Perform accurate and well‑justified property valuations.
• Secure listing mandates by presenting effective marketing strategies to owners.
• Organise property viewings, qualify potential buyers, and manage transactions until the signing of the authentic deed.
• Provide continuous advice and support to both sellers and buyers throughout the entire process.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
• Report regularly on sales activities and results to the line manager.

Required profile

• Strong motivation for real‑estate sales and client relationship building.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage a personal pipeline.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
