About the role

Septeo is looking for a Customer Support Advisor specialized in accounting software. You will assist clients in using the financial applications, resolve their issues efficiently and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line assistance on accounting/financial software for clients.
• Diagnose and solve problems while respecting service targets such as call handling time, callback time, processing time and client dissatisfaction rate.
• Use technical and documentation tools to record interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, to present a positive image of Septeo.
• Listen to client needs, stay flexible and propose proactive solutions.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented attitude, attentive, available and flexible.
• Ability to propose improvements and work autonomously.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles or experience with accounting software is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software tools.
