Conseiller Commercial – Réception d'appels

About the role

The company Outsourcia is expanding its Tunis operations and seeks motivated Commercial Advisors to handle inbound calls. In this position you will promote electricity, gas and telephony services to private customers, turning prospects into confirmed clients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from individuals interested in utility and telecom offers.
• Present the benefits of partner providers and persuade prospects to subscribe.
• Convert leads into sales and ensure accurate recording of customer information.
• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Strong oral and written communication skills in French (and preferably Arabic).
• Commercial mindset with excellent listening, rigor and adaptability.
• Previous experience in a contact‑center environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure.
