Community Manager

About the role

Carhabtek is looking for a proactive Community Manager to join its team in Sousse. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site collaboration with the flexibility to work from home. You will be the main point of contact for both online and offline community members, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate conversations across social media and community platforms, responding promptly to member inquiries.
• Plan, create, and publish content that aligns with the brand voice and community interests.
• Organise and execute community events, webinars, and other online activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share updates, gather feedback, and support product initiatives.
• Track community metrics, prepare concise reports on engagement trends, and recommend strategy improvements.
• Identify and nurture brand advocates while enforcing community guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing online communities or social media channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset to interpret engagement data and provide actionable insights.
• Empathetic, proactive approach to conflict resolution and customer support.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Sousse.
