About the role
GS Plus Energy is looking for dynamic field sales representatives to join its door‑to‑door prospecting team for solar panel solutions. You will engage directly with homeowners, explain the benefits of solar energy, and guide them through the sales process until contract signing.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct direct prospecting in targeted residential zones (door‑to‑door).
- Present the advantages of solar energy and the company’s products.
- Schedule appointments and accompany prospects through the quotation and signing phases.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Experience in field sales or door‑to‑door selling is a plus.
- Well‑presented, serious, and energetic.
- Valid driver’s license.
